Q: I’ve never seen a money-back guarantee on an investment before. Do I really get my money back?

Q: Is there a holding period for funds invested?

A: Yes. You do need to wait until you have received 12 months of earnings before exercising your right to ask for your money back. We require this because our firm is responsible for securing all the contracts with our manufacturing plants, shipping, software licensing, computer programming, installation, setup and training of business owners in all aspects of being a housing location.

Q: How long does it take to receive the first and recurring profit checks?

A: On average, it takes about 90 days from the date your investment funds have cleared to receive your first check. Then every month thereafter your earnings can be sent to you. This is because it takes between 45 to 60 days to install and make Sweepstakes machines “active for business” and 30 days of playtime is need to begin generating returns.

Q: How do I know if my business is considered a legal location for housing Sweepstakes machines?

A: Sweepstakes are permitted in many countries and U.S. states with the acceptance spreading rapidly. Our SweepsCoach partner can best identify what is needed for “qualification” as a housing location. In general, all you have to do is contact your local business licensing bureau and/or the police department. You need to have in writing the local “legal statute” for providing an electronic video gaming entertainment center console that allows individuals of legal age to “play video games” and/or surf the web or purchase phone time for cash for the use of these machines. Also you may need to see if there are any other restrictions such as hours of play or use times, etc. Be sure to get everything in writing as most establishments may be required to post certain documents. Q: Why should I indicate who my affiliate sales representative was?

A: Let’s give credit where credit’s due. Your affiliate sales representative spent the time to explain the benefits of the Sweepstakes investment to you and he/she works solely on commission. The only way the Six Figure Club can ensure he/she receives a commission is if you tell us who helped you.

Our affiliates free up the time for the Six Figure Club’s management to identify new High-Yield Return, Profit Income Programs for our private members’ benefit. Q: Are there any fees for becoming a private member of the Six Figure Club and/or investing with you?

A: Yes, we are fee-based financial consultants and as a member of our global network, you are able to access our resources within any of our Consortium member companies. There are two fees for all our investors.

1. Private Member Connect Fee of $150 per investment opportunity/company you choose to connect with. This is a one-time fee.
2. Annual Management fees range from 1% to 3% of your total investment. Your returns will more than cover this fee.

Q: What about casinos, should I be concerned about them?

Q: This looks like gambling to me. How is it legal?

A: In order for an activity to legally be considered "gambling," it needs to have three elements:
1. Prize
2. Chance
3. Consideration

The prize is, of course, something that you win. Sweepstakes have that. The chance means that there is a random element involved. This, too, is a part of any sweepstakes game. Consideration means that the participant pays directly to enter into the game. Here's the catch… when you play the McDonald's Monopoly game, which is a sweepstakes, you don't buy game pieces. You buy a Big Mac with fries or an order of chicken McNuggets. When you buy the food, you get a free entry into the Monopoly game.

This is exactly how sweepstakes gaming works in the Internet cafe business. The customers don't actually purchase entries into the sweepstakes. They purchase time on the computer (Internet time) or, in some cases, long-distance phone time. When they purchase this "product" they are given free entries into the sweepstakes. Instead of placing game pieces on a Monopoly board they go to the sweepstakes gaming systems to reveal whether or not they have won. Q: What about "leasing" systems and splitting everything 50/50?

A: It's a sad reality of business that the companies that are experiencing the most success are:
1. the busiest, and
2. the least likely to offer "special deals" to attract customers.

Our partner SweepsCoach has worked with several different sweepstakes gaming companies. They have only partnered with those that have the very best sweepstakes software. Consequently, most of them have customers lining up to buy their products.

On the other hand… the sweepstakes software companies that are struggling to stay in business are much more likely to offer discounted software and special deals. Otherwise they wouldn't have any business!

One of the most common tricks that some sweepstakes software companies or salesmen employ is to try to get you to let them put in their systems and to split everything. In a deal like this you don't pay anything up front for the sweepstakes machines, but you frequently pay as much as 40 or 50% to the sweepstakes company on an ongoing basis. After paying this exorbitant amount to them, you still have to pay rent, payroll, electric bills, Internet connection, insurance. At the end of the day there's nothing left for you.

We tell our clients that this kind of an agreement is similar to buying a car for $10,000. But instead of paying that money up front you don't have to pay anything! Instead you only have to pay $3,000 each month for the rest of your life. What a deal!

We've watched sadly as several people we know entered into this type of an agreement. In almost every case they've ended up with beat-up, used equipment. Then, after four to six months of giving huge amounts of money to the leasing company, they realize that they're working to death and the only ones making money are the sweepstakes software providers.
